Description
The role of Supply Chain Manager will be responsible:
Manage end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee procurement processes, ensuring timely and accurate sourcing of materials.
Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to improve supply chain performance.
Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce waste and optimise stock.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support business goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Lead and mentor the supply chain team to achieve effective operations.Profile
A successful Site Supply Chain Manager should have:
Experience in supply chain management within the FMCG industry.
Strong analytical skills to manage data and drive informed decisions.
Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate effectively.
Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
Leadership skills to manage and develop a team effectively.
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.Job Offer
A salary of £65,000 to £80,000 dependent on the level of experience.
