We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a rapidly expanding company that operates from multiple depots nationwide. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Mobile LCV Technician to join their local team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that has invested heavily in its operation, with brand-new mobile vans, new equipment and a new workshop. You’ll have access to the tools and facilities required to do the job properly, while working within an established and growing company that genuinely invests in its people.
Working a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern from 8pm–8am, you will cover your local area, attending customer sites to carry out maintenance, repairs and diagnostics on LCVs. The earning potential is excellent, with a £45,000 basic salary and average earnings of around £65,000, while some of the highest-performing technicians are earning £85,000–£90,000.
There is also genuine opportunity to progress within the business. Several senior managers have worked their way up after starting their careers as Technicians, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career with a growing company.
Responsibilities
* Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on LCVs
* Attend customer sites across your local area as a mobile technician
* Complete planned and reactive maintenance work
* Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately and to a high standard
* Complete accurate job reports and vehicle documentation
* Provide a professional and customer-focused service
* Work independently while being supported by the wider technical team
* Maintain your company vehicle, tools and equipment to a high standard
* Follow all relevant health, safety and company procedures
Requirements
* Proven experience as an LCV Technician, Commercial Vehicle Technician or similar
* Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Professional approach with strong attention to detail

* Basic salary of £45000 + bonus
* Average earnings of £65,000, with top performers earning £85,000–£90,000
