Learning Support Assistant – Provision Unit
Educators Connected Recruitment are currently looking for a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a Provision Unit in Hemel Hempstead.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant or LSA who is passionate about supporting pupils and helping them develop both academically and personally.
The Role:
* Supporting pupils within the Provision Unit
* Providing one-to-one and small-group support
* Working closely with teachers and other school staff
* Supporting pupils with their learning and development
* Helping create a calm, structured and inclusive environment
* Encouraging confidence, independence and positive engagement
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant or within a school setting is desirable
* Experience supporting pupils with additional needs would be advantageous
* Patient, caring and nurturing approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable and enthusiastic
* Passionate about supporting children and young people
Pay: £115 per day
