The Role of the Electrical Design Engineer Will Include:
Producing detailed electrical designs and engineering drawings for control and automation systems
Creating electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and control panel designs
Working closely with controls, software, instrumentation and project engineers
Selecting electrical components and ensuring designs meet relevant engineering standards
Commutable to the Norwich siteThe Successful Electrical Design Engineer Will Have:
Previous experience within Electrical Design within Automation or Control Systems
HNC, HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
Experience using electrical CAD software such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN or similar
Experience as a senior design engineer or keen to emerge into this role
Background working with industrial machinery, production equipment or similar
Ability to lead projects and support or mentor junior engineers
Commutable to the office in Norwich
