Night Forklift Operative
Location: LS11 0LR
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 00:00 to 07:30
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (33% shift allowance for hours worked between 00:00 and 06:00)
Pay Rate: £13.53 per hour
Job Purpose
We are looking for a Night Forklift Operative to join our warehouse team. The role is primarily focused on operating a VNA Forklift Truck to safely move, replenish, and store stock throughout the warehouse during the night shift. You'll play a key role in maintaining stock availability, supporting warehouse efficiency, and ensuring high standards of safety and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a VNA Forklift Truck.

Move, store, and replenish stock within the warehouse.
*
Ensure stock is accurately located and recorded.
*
Complete replenishment tasks to support picking operations.
*
Check goods for damage and report discrepancies.
*
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and health & safety.
*
Achieve productivity targets and follow operational procedures.
*
Support wider warehouse activities as required.
Essential Requirements
*
Previous VNA FLT experience and a valid licence.
*
Experience within a warehouse environment.
*
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
*
Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team on nights
