We are looking for creative, confident, and motivated Youth Support Workers to support young people in developing independence, life skills, and positive futures.
Key Requirements:
* Must be able to do double shifts which includes a sleep in minimum 2 times a week ( 3pm - 9pm and 9am - 9pm)

Ability to work effectively during lone-working shifts

Strong understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
*
Commitment to **Ofsted Quality Standards** and regulatory compliance
*
Confident in building positive relationships with young people
*
Accurate record-keeping and professional communication skills
* Relevant qualifications in youth work or health and social care are an advantage

£12.85 - £12.85 per hour
