Associate Organisational Design Specialist
The Opportunity:
We are expanding our Associate network of Organisational Design specialists to join high impact client transformation projects on an as needed basis. We’re seeking practitioner level experts who bridge high level operating model design with pragmatic execution.
What We’re Looking For:
- Deep, practical experience designing and harmonising complex models.
- Hands on experience working directly with business units, frontline teams, and senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in workforce analytics and org mapping tools.
- Ability to integrate seamlessly alongside the core and extended dragonfish team, fostering collaboration
Location: Hybrid / Client site + Remote
