How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    The Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team, reporting into the Head of Creative. This is a hands-on, high-volume role at the centre of our digital output — producing email, on-site and social content that is visually beautiful and commercially effective in equal measure.

You will own a consistent weekly rhythm of customer emails and homepage updates, design and build website content across the site, contribute concepts for seasonal and promotional activity, and create organic social content across our channels. You will also support the Head of Creative on lifestyle and studio photoshoots, helping to plan, art direct and deliver the imagery that underpins all of the above.

    Key Responsibilities

    CRM & Email Marketing

    • Produce four to six customer emails per week, covering new season launches, promotional campaigns, editorial newsletters, product spotlights and automated lifecycle communications.
    • Create email templates and modular design frameworks that allow the CRM team to build and deploy campaigns efficiently while maintaining visual consistency and brand quality.
    • Balance brand storytelling and editorial design with clear commercial hierarchy — ensuring every email has a defined purpose, a compelling visual narrative and prominent calls to action.
    • Design with mobile-first principles at all times, ensuring emails render correctly and perform strongly across all major email clients and devices.
    • Work closely with the CRM and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and customer segmentation, tailoring design approaches to different audience groups and lifecycle stages.
    • Contribute to the ongoing development of email design standards, templates and component libraries to increase efficiency and consistency across the CRM programme.

    Website & On-Site

    • Produce a weekly homepage update, keeping the site current in line with the trading calendar, product priorities and seasonal creative direction.
    • Design and produce website assets including homepage banners, campaign landing pages, category headers, editorial content modules and brand storytelling pages — ensuring every element is visually consistent and commercially purposeful.
    • Design new season and campaign landing pages that balance brand storytelling with clear commercial messaging and strong calls to action.
    • Work closely with the e-commerce and digital merchandising teams to ensure website assets support the trading calendar and commercial objectives.
    • Ensure all website designs are produced with a mobile-first approach, maintaining visual quality and usability across all device types and screen sizes

New Site, Content Pages & Blog

    • Contribute to the design of our new website, currently in development — helping shape page templates, content modules and the overall look and feel alongside the Head of Creative.
    • Design the informational and content pages that will sit across the new site — about, sustainability, size and fit, care guides, customer service and similar — making functional content feel considered and on brand.
    • Design and lay out our new blog: article templates, hero imagery, in-article modules, index and category pages, and the social and email assets that drive traffic to each post.
    • Help build and maintain a reusable library of page components and content templates, so new pages and articles can be added consistently and efficiently as the site grows.

    Seasonal & Promotional Concepts

    • Develop creative concepts for seasonal activity and promotional moments, presenting ideas to the Head of Creative and the wider marketing team.
    • Translate approved concepts into cohesive campaign toolkits that work across email, website and social — so each moment feels considered and joined up wherever the customer meets it.
    • Contribute ideas that respond to the trading calendar, key commercial moments and customer insight, not design in isolation.

    Organic Social & Brand Content

    • Design and produce organic social content across Instagram, Facebook (Meta), Pinterest and other relevant platforms — adapting the brand's visual language to suit the format, tone and creative conventions of each channel.
    • Create a range of formats including static posts, carousel sequences, Stories, Reels covers and other platform-native content.
    • Develop seasonal social themes and visual frameworks that give the feed, Stories and video content a cohesive, considered aesthetic that feels part of one brand world.
    • Support key commercial moments — new season launches, promotions, product spotlights and collaborations — with social content aligned to the wider trading and marketing calendar.
    • Bring the brand's design story, craftsmanship and lifestyle narrative to life, building emotional connection as well as driving awareness and engagement.
    • Stay ahead of social design trends and platform developments, proactively bringing fresh ideas and new content formats to the team

    Photoshoot Support

    • Assist the Head of Creative on lifestyle and studio photoshoots — contributing to mood boards, shot lists and pre production planning.
    • Support on set with art direction, styling detail and reviewing imagery against the needs of email, website and social.
    • Help manage and organise shoot assets post-production, retouching and preparing imagery for use across digital channels

    Essential Requirements

    • Proven experience as a graphic or digital designer within a fashion, lifestyle, retail or consumer brand, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high quality work across email, website and social media.
    • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
    • Expert proficiency in Figma.
    • A thorough understanding of the technical specifications, aspect ratios and creative requirements for email marketing platforms, e-commerce sites and the major social channels.
    • A refined and commercially aware aesthetic — the ability to produce work that feels considered and editorial while remaining purposeful and conversion-focused.
    • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent briefs across multiple channels and deadlines without compromising quality or attention to detail.
    • A collaborative and proactive attitude, with the ability to take and apply creative feedback constructively and work effectively within a fast-paced marketing team

*Please note this role is based 5 days on-site
