How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Natalino is an independent menswear brand based in central London. We create thoughtfully designed clothing that combines the ease of classic Italian tailoring with a contemporary sensibility, working closely with specialist makers and suppliers across Europe, the UK, and Japan.

As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a Product Development & Sourcing Assistant to support our Head of Design across product development, sourcing and production logistics.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable coordinating with suppliers and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    The Role

Working closely with the Head of Design, you will support the full product development process, from sampling and fittings through to production handover. You will coordinate with factories and suppliers, track development timelines and gather product and sourcing information to keep projects moving smoothly.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the Head of Design throughout the product development and sourcing process.
    • Coordinate sampling logistics, including shipping fabrics, trims and other development materials.
    • Track development timelines, sample status and deliveries to and from factories.
    • Take detailed notes during fittings and communicate fit comments and amendments to pattern cutters and factories.
    • Keep measurement charts accurate and up to date across all products.
    • Maintain records of product quotes and pricing from existing and prospective factories and suppliers.
    • Prepare cost sheets for new product developments.
    • Create and maintain BOMs (Bills of Materials) for production orders, following the directions of the Head of Design.
    • Monitor development lead times and proactively flag delays or changes that may impact production planning.
    • Coordinate orders for soft labels, hang tags, and packaging.
    • Ensure product development information is accurate, organised and clearly communicated across suppliers and internal teams.

    The Ideal Candidate

    • 1–2 years of experience in fashion/product development, pattern cutting, textiles, sourcing or a related discipline.
    • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and strong follow-through.
    • Strong communication and coordination skills.
    • Comfortable working with numbers, measurements, product specifications and supplier quotes.
    • Confident communicating with factories, suppliers and international partners.
    • Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
    • Proactive, reliable and confident following up with suppliers.
    • Good knowledge of garment construction and fabrics.
    • Background in fashion/product development, pattern cutting, or textiles & sourcing preferred.
    • Microsoft Excel experience preferred.

    Role Details

    • Location: Natalino studio, London W1W
    • Working arrangement: Full-time and primarily studio-based, with some flexibility for remote working
    • Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 dependent on experience
    • Holiday: 25 days’ paid annual leave, plus UK bank holidays
    • Benefits: Staff discount and uniform allowance
    • Start date: As soon as possible

    Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to develop broad, practical experience across product development and sourcing within a growing independent menswear brand.

You will work closely with our Head of Design, gain direct exposure to specialist factories and suppliers, and take on increasing responsibility as your knowledge and experience develop.
