We are looking for a highly organised, confident Bid and Framework Coordinator to report into our Chief Digital Officer (CDO).
At a high level this role owns the operational backbone of our bid production: framework and portal management, bid tracking, submission coordination, and document control. You will plan and facilitate bid activity, keep every opportunity, deadline, and portal requirement on track, and ensure submissions are complete, compliant, and well presented — working closely with subject matter experts, presales, bid writer, client account teams and leadership who provide the strategic and written content. This role requires strong organisation, meticulous attention to detail, and the confidence to chair meetings, drive the agenda and hold contributors to account against deadlines

Must Have Experience
• Proven experience working with bids or grants, managing multiple deadlines, portals and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail, particularly around document formatting, compliance and version control
• Confident planning and facilitating meetings, with the ability to drive an agenda and hold contributors to account
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, with confident use of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude to support productivity
• Able to build effective working relationships with stakeholders across a variety of disciplines and levels in an organisation.
Desirable
• 2+ years' experience in a bid, proposal or framework coordination role, ideally within an IT or professional services environment
• A vocal, confident communicator who is comfortable chairing meetings, driving the agenda and holding contributors to account for their deadlines
• Strong track record of planning and facilitating multi-stakeholder workstreams to tight deadlines
• Familiarity with G-Cloud, Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS), or other Crown Commercial Service frameworks
• Experience of public sector procurement portals and processes
Renumeration
Base Salary up to £40,000 per annum
