We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join a busy manufacturing business in Coventry, CV7. This is a permanent opportunity with steady hours, premium overtime, and the chance to join a growing sheet metal team within a well-established company.

Reworking parts
Hammer forming
Removing creases and wrinkles
Drilling and tapping
Working confidently with aluminium and stainless steel
Reading, interpreting, and understanding engineering drawings and specification documentation
Carrying out assembly work and visual quality inspections
Using hand tools and workshop equipment safely and effectively
Ensuring work is completed to required quality standards What We Are Looking For

Previous sheet metal experience
Experience working with aluminium and stainless steel
Experience within the automotive industry is preferred
Competent using hand tools
Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
