Are you a passionate and nurturing Early Years Practitioner looking for your next opportunity? We are working in partnership with a welcoming and well-established nursery in Frome, Somerset, seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their dedicated team.

Available Hours
08.30-17.30 or 09.00-15.00 flexible on days.
The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
Create a safe, stimulating and engaging environment for children.
Support children's learning and development through play-based activities.
Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Observe, assess and record children's progress.
Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are always met.
Contribute to planning exciting activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
The Ideal Candidate
Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 desirable).
Has previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
Has a genuine passion for supporting children's development.
Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Understands safeguarding responsibilities and child welfare practices.
