We're looking for an ambitious Senior Structural Engineer to join a close-knit, highly collaborative design consultancy in Norwich. This is a genuinely exciting time to join the business, with an increase in workload creating a brand-new role within the team.

What you'll be doing
As Senior Structural Engineer, you'll be involved in the design and delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects. No two days will be quite the same, with opportunities to work across different sectors, materials and structural challenges.
You'll be encouraged to develop your technical expertise, build strong client relationships and take increasing responsibility for projects. If you're working towards Chartered status, this is an excellent environment in which to develop - the role will provide strong opportunities and support to help you achieve chartership. And if you're already Chartered, you'll have the freedom and responsibility to continue developing your career.
What we're looking for
We're interested in hearing from experienced structural engineers who are ready for their next challenge. You might already be a Senior Structural Engineer, or you could be an experienced Structural Engineer looking for the opportunity to step up.
You'll ideally have:
Strong structural design experience within a consultancy environment
Good technical knowledge and sound engineering judgement
Experience managing projects and working with clients and other design professionals
A proactive, collaborative approach
A desire to continue learning and developing
A relevant degree and appropriate professional experience
A commitment to achieving Chartered status, if you aren't already Chartered
