How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Accident Management Administrator – Hampton, Greater London

    Our client, a prominent national vehicle fleet management company based in Hampton, Greater London, is seeking an experienced Accident Management Administrator. This role offers a strategic opportunity for automotive professionals with a background in insurance claims or accident repair to join a reputable organisation committed to staff development and career progression.

    Manage accident claims efficiently, ensuring all communication with clients, insurers, and bodyshops is professional and accurate
    Record accident damage details in the company’s Accident Management system
    Liaise with clients to ensure claim details are complete and accurate, following up on missing information
    Notify insurers of claim details and instruct bodyshops to arrange estimates
    Proactively manage vehicle repairs by liaising with bodyshops, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams
    Process accident claims in compliance with client procedures, ensuring relevant documentation and communication with insurers and stakeholders
    Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claims and repair progress within the company’s systemRequirements of a Accident Management Administrator:

    Proven experience within the automotive industry, specifically in insurance claims, accident repair, or vehicle administration
    Knowledge of vehicle accident processes and claims handling procedures
    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
    Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work effectively within a team
