Senior Bodyshop Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Bodyshop Advisor position in Burgess Hill. This Senior Bodyshop Advisor opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals seeking to progress their career within a reputable automotive bodyshop. Effectively liaise with insurance companies to facilitate smooth claims and repair authorisations
Manage customer enquiries professionally, providing a high level of service
Oversee repair process from vehicle intake to completion, ensuring timely updates to customers 
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient vehicle repairs
Assist with estimating, administration, and bodyshop procedures
Support vehicle movements, such as delivery and collection, as required
Contribute to a customer-focused, proactive team environmentRequirements of a Senior Bodyshop Advisor:

Proven experience as a Senior Bodyshop Advisor, ideally with liaising with insurance companies
Valid UK driving licence is advantageous for managing vehicle movements
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
Resilient, adaptable, and capable of handling challenging situations professionally
Customer-focused approach with a flexible, proactive attitude
