The CSR Group are working with a contractor who is seeking a Project Manager to oversee demolition and enabling works on a listed building project in Dublin.
This would suit an experienced Project Manager with strong technical knowledge and a careful approach to working with existing structures and heritage constraints.
Package
€85,000–€95,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities
Lead demolition and enabling works, managing programme, resources and delivery.
Coordinate specialist subcontractors, consultants and the site team.
Ensure works follow approved methodologies and conservation requirements.
Manage site logistics, temporary works coordination and adjoining property interfaces.
Monitor safety, quality and costs, keeping the client informed of progress.
Requirements
Proven Project Management experience in construction.
Experience delivering demolition, enabling works or complex refurbishment projects.
Listed building or heritage project experience would be advantageous.
Strong understanding of sequencing, risk management and site safety.
Confident leading teams and managing client relationships.
An opportunity to take ownership of a technically challenging Dublin project from the early stages.
