We're looking for a friendly, organised and confident Sales Administrator to join a small and busy team.
The role will involve supporting customers with enquiries, orders and product questions by phone, email and online chat. You'll also help with quotes, payments, returns and general sales administration.
Full training will be provided, so experience within this particular industry isn't necessary. We're looking for someone who is confident dealing with customers, organised and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Deal with customer enquiries by phone, email and chat
Process customer orders and amendments
Prepare quotes and invoices
Take payments over the phone
Deal with returns, refunds and warranty queries
Follow up delivery issues
Help customers choose suitable products
Provide basic product and technical support
About You
Previous sales administration or customer service experience is beneficial
Confident communicating with customers
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good numeracy skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office
Interested in learning about products and how they work
Positive, professional and reliable
