Sprinkler Design Engineer - Hybrid From Home/Office
Salary/Package - £65,000 - £67,000 Basic + Car Allowance + Bonus + 25 days holiday
Location - Brentwood, Essex
Permanent Position ( 3 days office )
Our client is one of the south east's fastest growing sprinkler contractors who operate mainly in the commercial projects environment.
They recognise that recruiting good sprinkler designers at the moment is about as easy as pulling hens teeth, but they believe they have the setting to change the status quo of what a sprinkler business should be about.
The salary/package is a decent indicator that they are serious about hiring good people, not just for now, but for growth going into the future of the industry.
They are also offering a hybrid work set up where it will be 3 days in the office, 2 days at home. Site visits will also be an important part of the role.
Each project will be meticilously looked after by the successful designer without multiple workloads thrown on a desk at any one time. With the office team being under 15 people, it may suit someone looking for balance in their working week.
Essential Must Have's
* At least 5 years as a Sprinkler Design Engineer managing your own projects unaided
* Must have commercial project experience
* Must have 3D design expertise
