Digital Fulfilment & Insights Advisor

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Digital Fulfilment & Insights Advisor to support and improve digital fulfilment performance across customer fulfilment channels, including Click & Collect and delivery platforms.

Working closely with stores and central teams, you will use data and operational insight to identify issues, improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

This is a varied role combining data analysis, stakeholder management, problem solving and field-based support.

Key Responsibilities

* Support continuous improvement across digital fulfilment operations.

* Visit stores to review processes and identify areas for improvement.

* Coach and support Store and Area Managers on fulfilment best practice.

* Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions.

* Analyse fulfilment, stock and customer order data to identify trends and opportunities.

* Produce reports, insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

* Monitor KPIs and highlight areas requiring action.

* Carry out root cause analysis and develop sustainable solutions.

* Support the development of dashboards, reports and performance measures.

* Work with IT and Business Intelligence teams to improve reporting.

* Support the testing and implementation of new systems, processes and reports.

* Build strong relationships across stores and central teams.

* Represent store requirements within fulfilment projects and initiatives.

* Support wider business initiatives focused on fulfilment and customer experience.

About You

Essential:

* Experience in retail operations, stock management, fulfilment or supply chain.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and experience with reporting tools such as Power BI.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to analyse data and turn it into practical recommendations.

* Organised and methodical approach to problem solving.

* Comfortable working with a range of stakeholders.

* Willingness to travel nationally when required.

Desirable:

* Experience of Click & Collect or digital fulfilment.

* Knowledge of OMS, WMS, ERP or stock management systems.

* Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions.

* Experience of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

* Knowledge of process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies.
