We are currently recruiting for Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join an established facilities team at a high-profile technical and research site in the Teddington (TW11) area.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced engineers looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday maintenance role within a professional and technically focused environment.
The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of the site, ensuring all facilities, systems and equipment are maintained to a high standard.
Depending on your discipline, duties will include:
* Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
* Reactive maintenance and fault finding
* Diagnosing and repairing electrical or mechanical faults
* Carrying out routine inspections and testing
* Maintaining building services and site infrastructure
* Responding to maintenance requests and breakdowns
* Ensuring work is completed safely and to the required standards
* Working as part of an established engineering and facilities team
About You
We are keen to speak with candidates from a range of maintenance backgrounds, including:
* Electrical Maintenance Engineers

You should have experience working within a commercial, facilities management, technical or similar maintenance environment and be confident working independently as well as part of a team.
