How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    SEN Supply

We work with a range of SEN schools, specialist provisions and primary schools, supporting pupils with varying levels of need.

The level of SEN can change significantly from school to school, so strong SEN experience is highly desirable.

    Early Years Supply

We also have daily supply opportunities within Early Years and Primary settings.

For Early Years roles, you will ideally need to hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification and have experience working with young children.

    What We Need

Strong SEN experience for specialist SEN supply

Reliable and available for early-morning bookings

    Ideally contactable from 7:00am

Able to travel across Newham, Tower Hamlets and nearby East London boroughs

Confident working in different schools and with different pupils

    Professional, punctual and adaptable

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service preferred

    Working Hours

Typically 8:00/8:30am - 3:30/4:00pm, depending on the school.

    Pay

If you have strong SEN experience and want flexible work where you can choose the days you are available, apply today to join Remedy Education's daily supply team. You can also contact Aaron Deacon
