As Technical Manager, you’ll lead the Group’s technology and innovation strategy, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team across different companies in the group.
You’ll provide oversight across R&D teams, establish standardised processes and design principles, and drive product compliance, engineering tool harmonisation and long-term technology strategy across the Group.
A product design background would be very beneficial for this role to drive development of commercially successful physical products.
Technical Manager requirements:
People management
Previous experience in a senior technology / R&D leadership role
Product design experience
Experience implementing Group-wide R&D processes and methodologies
Product compliance and regulatory standards experience
Strong understanding of design principles, product development and engineering methodologies
Strong stakeholder management skills across Engineering, Operations, Finance and Product
