Recruitment Consultant

The Opportunity

Whether you already have a background in construction recruitment or you're an experienced recruiter looking to move into a specialist sector, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing desk and make it your own.

You'll take responsibility for developing a successful temporary recruitment desk, working with construction clients and candidates across a range of blue-collar disciplines.

Your day-to-day role will include:

Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Growing and managing existing accounts
Sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates
Managing vacancies from initial brief through to successful placement
Developing a strong candidate database and market presence
Maximising opportunities within your market and growing your desk
Working alongside an experienced team to achieve both individual and branch targetsYou'll have the freedom to develop your own market while benefiting from the infrastructure, reputation and support of an established recruitment business.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from recruiters who are commercially focused and motivated by success.

You'll ideally have:

Previous recruitment experience
Experience within construction recruitment is advantageous but not essential
Strong business development and sales ability
Confidence building and maintaining professional relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A resilient, proactive and target-driven approach
