Conducting Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys alongside analytical duties (air testing, fibre counting, 4-stage clearances).

Interfacing with key corporate, institutional, and Tier-1 clients professionally.
Maintaining strict UKAS quality and health & safety compliance standards.The Package & Rewards:
Base Salary: Generous tiered salary structure based on location, experience, and security clearance level.
London & Home Counties: £38,000 - £48,000+
Regional Hubs: £32,000 - £42,000+
Vehicle & Expenses: Fully equipped company van or generous car allowance + fully covered travel expenses.

Dual-qualified holding BOHS P402, P403, and P404 (or RSPH Level 3 equivalents).
Full UK Driving Licence.
Active CTC or SC Security Clearance is a major advantage (if not held, the client will fast-track your clearance application).
