Account Manager

We are recruiting for an organised and proactive Account Manager/Scheduler to join a busy and friendly team based in Milton Keynes. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to coordinate maintenance works, liaise with contractors and tenants, and provide essential administrative support.

This is an office based role in Stony Stratford, with the potential to work from home one day per week once trained.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing maintenance requests via phone and email
Coordinating contractors and arranging repair works
Obtaining quotations and raising purchase orders
Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
Updating reports and managing shared inboxes
Building strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractorsWhat we're looking for:

Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong customer service experience
Ability to prioritise a varied workload
Confident using Microsoft Office and databases
A positive, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills What's on offer:

Salary of £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
