How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    * Work collaboratively with Quality and Supply Chain teams on corrective actions and improvement projects

    * Participate in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving activities, including 8D investigations

    * Create, amend and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings and manufacturing documentation

    * Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

    * Support equipment, process and test system improvements

    * Ensure compliance with internal quality systems and external certification requirements

    About You

    You will ideally have:

    * Experience within an electronics manufacturing environment

    * Strong understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes

    * A broad engineering background covering both mechanical and electronic systems

    * Experience supporting production and manufacturing operations

    * Knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies and root cause analysis

    * Experience creating and modifying BOMs and manufacturing routings

    * Experience writing and updating SOPs and manufacturing documentation

    * Good understanding of production test systems and software

    * Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments

    Desirable Experience

    * LabVIEW experience

    * NI TestStand experience

    * Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies

    * Experience working within regulated or certified manufacturing environments

    Why Apply?

    This is an opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer operating at the forefront of its sector. You'll play a key role in production engineering activities, work on a diverse range of improvement projects, and contribute to the delivery of products that make a genuine difference.
