Wet Trade Multi – Temp to Perm
Pay: £22–£23 per hour
Position: Temp to Perm
Company Van + Fuel Card Provided
We are currently looking for an experienced Wet Trade Multi to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis.
The role will involve carrying out general wet trade and property maintenance work, including repairs and refurbishments.
Duties:
* General plastering and patch repairs
* Rendering and making good
* Brickwork and blockwork repairs
* Tiling and other wet trade work
* Carrying out general property repairs
* Working across different properties and completing jobs to a good standard
* Working independently and managing your own workload
* Keeping the company van and tools in good condition
Requirements:
* Previous experience in wet trades/property maintenance
* Good all-round maintenance skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Own tools
* Reliable and professional approach
* Good standard of workmanship
Hours: Monday to Friday, with the potential for overtime.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right person, with a company van and fuel card provided
