Job role - Internal Sales Assistant / Trade Counter Assistant
Working hours - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, no weekends
Salary - up to circa £40K depending on experience + bonus
Location - Chigwell, Essex

Our client is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Assistant / Trade Counter Assistant to support a busy counter operation and deliver outstanding customer service.

Package / Benefits:
• Negotiable salary (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:
• Serve customers on the trade counter and answer telephone enquiries
• Taking and processing orders
• Responding to and chasing quotes
• Maintain and develop new and existing customer relationships
• Prepare new displays for the trade counter with offers or new products
• Provide high levels of customers service at all times

Skills / Experience:
• Electrical Wholesale experience
• Strong communicator
• Ability to work with a team and individually
• Friendly, personable and able to build relationships with a variety of customers
