We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly skilled Aftersales Services Executive to join their dynamic team at a state-of-the-art facility in Brent Cross, North West London. Competitive basic salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000, dependent on experience
Monday to Friday work pattern, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Alternate Saturdays, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Engagement with a pioneering franchise offering growth prospects within a progressive teamDuties of the Aftersales Services Executive include:

Managing client relationships by providing a professional and welcoming experience
Handling client enquiries via telephone, email, and in person
Coordinating servicing, maintenance, and repair bookings from initial consultation through to completion
Providing clients with clear, timely updates on vehicle progress
Building trusted relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Managing workshop communications, liaising with technicians regarding vehicle requirements
Preparing and maintaining job cards, estimates, and relevant documentation
Coordinating parts requirements, tracking parts availability and delivery
Assisting with warranty administration, including claim submissions and documentation
Preparing and processing customer and warranty invoices accurately
Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, vehicle history, and workshop activities
Supporting the team with operational and administrative functions as requiredRequirements of the Aftersales Services Executive:

Previous experience in automotive aftersales, service coordination, or workshop administration
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and team members
Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused attitude with a proactive and professional approach
Automotive credentials or experience with warranty procedures is desirable but not essential
