You will be expected to deliver a consistently high standard of coffee preparation and customer service, while working efficiently and professionally in busy environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and serving coffee, tea and other hot and cold beverages
* Operating professional coffee machines and barista equipment
* Taking customer orders and providing excellent customer service
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food hygiene
* Working efficiently during busy periods
* Supporting the wider hospitality team when required
* Following venue procedures and health and safety requirements
About You
* Previous experience working as a Barista is essential
* Confident using commercial coffee machines
* Good knowledge of coffee preparation and presentation
* Excellent customer service skills
* Reliable, punctual and professional
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable working in fast-paced hospitality environments
* Flexible and available for temporary/ad-hoc shifts
