40 hours per week - One Saturday per month (9am-2pm) with TOIL

Key Responsibilities

* Handling inbound customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally

* Speaking with customers to understand repair requirements and circumstances

* Scheduling and coordinating engineers' appointments and workloads

* Managing diaries and prioritising urgent cases

* Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

* Delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Skills and Experience Required

* Previous experience in a scheduling, planning, or coordination role

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

* Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional in challenging situations

* Strong administrative and computer skills
