6:00am - 2:00pm (Rotating)
2:00pm - 10:00pm (Rotating)
10:00pm - 6:00am

Pay Rates

£12.82 per hour (Days & Afternoons)
£14.10 per hour (Nights)Paid Breaks Included

HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives for a well-established food manufacturing company in Harlow, Essex.

This Food Production Operative role offers ongoing work, paid breaks, weekly pay, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position within a growing food production environment.

Duties of the Food Production Operative

Packing food products on a fast-paced production line
Wrapping and preparing products for dispatch
Working within a food manufacturing environment
Conducting quality checks on finished products
Labelling and pelleting products
Following food hygiene and food safety procedures
Keeping work areas clean and organised
Working towards production targets as part of a team

Requirements

Previous experience as a Food Production Operative, Production Operative, Packing Operative, Warehouse Operative or Manufacturing Operative is beneficial
Experience within food manufacturing is advantageous but not essential
Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment
Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work effectively within a team
