How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

KRG are exclusively partnered with one of our long term clients who are a fast-growing, independent creative agency. With deep roots across music, entertainment, talent and live events, the agency is now expanding its social offering further into the brand space, working with exciting consumer brands across sectors including food & beverage, lifestyle and consumer.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Social Media Account Manager to join a close-knit, ambitious team and play a key role in managing client relationships, social strategy and campaigns across an increasingly varied portfolio.

    The Opportunity

Join a creative, entertainment-led agency where social sits at the heart of what they do, working across talent, culture, brands and major campaigns.
Take ownership of a portfolio of exciting social accounts, including working directly with music artists across their socials, managing day-to-day relationships and ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard.
Work across brand and talent clients, particularly as the agency continues to grow its commercial offering into areas such as food & beverage and lifestyle.
Own the full social process for your roster of clients from content planning and creative ideation through to campaign delivery, publishing and reporting.
Work closely with creatives, editors and the wider agency team to develop social-first content that genuinely connects with audiences.
Bring your understanding of social trends, culture and online communities to client conversations and campaign development.
Opportunity to work across a fascinating mix of music, entertainment, talent and brands - giving you exposure to campaigns and clients you wouldn't typically find in a traditional social agency.
Music experience isn't required - they're looking for strong social/account management experience and someone who is genuinely plugged into culture and social.
Join a small, collaborative team where you'll have genuine visibility, responsibility and the opportunity to make your mark as the brand side of the business grows.
The perks are pretty special too: hybrid working, access to gigs, events and festivals, plus a brand-new office and a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

    What They're Looking For

Experience working in social media / social content, ideally within an agency environment (SAE or AM Level).
Strong client management experience, with the confidence to build trusted client relationships.
A good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and wider social platforms, including what makes content work in today's landscape.
Commercially minded, organised and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
Someone who is socially and culturally switched-on, with a genuine interest in what's happening online.
Music industry experience is not required, enthusiasm for entertainment, culture and social is much more important.

    Why Join?

This isn't simply an opportunity to manage another set of brand accounts. You'll be joining an agency that has built its reputation around music, talent, entertainment and live experiences, and is now entering an exciting new phase of growth across brands. The agency already works with recognisable names across food, drink lifestyle, alongside it's world class talent and entertainment roster.

You'll get the chance to shape that growth from the inside, work alongside a genuinely creative team and enjoy the perks that come with being close to the entertainment industry from gigs and festivals to events and a brand-new office too
