How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Senior Project Manager

    Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background delivering hospitality and hotel projects?
    A leading construction and property consultancy is looking to appoint a talented Senior Project Manager to join its growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile and complex hospitality projects, taking a lead role from project inception through to completion.
    The successful candidate will have a strong consultancy background and be confident managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, with particular expertise in contract administration and JCT contracts.

    The Role

    As Senior Project Manager, you will:

    Lead the delivery of hotel and hospitality projects from inception through to completion.
    Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations.
    Act as the key point of contact between clients, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
    Provide strong contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
    Administer and manage projects under JCT contracts.
    Chair and lead project meetings, ensuring actions and decisions are effectively managed.
    Monitor progress on site and ensure projects are delivered to the required quality, programme and budget.
    Manage change, variations, risks and project issues.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams.
    Mentor and support more junior members of the project management team where required.

    About You

    To be considered, you will ideally have:

    Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within a construction consultancy.
    Strong experience delivering hospitality and/or hotel projects.
    Excellent knowledge and practical experience of JCT contracts.
    Strong contract administration experience.
    Experience managing projects through all stages, from feasibility and design through to construction and handover.
    Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
    Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
    A relevant construction, project management or property-related degree.
    Professional qualification or progress towards chartership would be advantageous.
