A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Lettings Manager to join a highly successful and established estate agency within one of its flagship branches.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Lettings Consultant or Lettings Negotiator looking to take the next step in their career, as well as an existing lettings professional seeking a business that offers genuine career progression, training and improved earning potential.
The Role
Working alongside the Lettings Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy and successful residential lettings team.
You will deputise for the Lettings Manager during periods of absence while providing leadership, guidance and support to the wider team. You will be instrumental in maintaining high levels of individual and team performance, customer service and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Deputise for the Lettings Manager when required.
Provide daily support, leadership and motivation to the lettings team.
Help drive individual and team performance against agreed targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants.
Support the team with property listings, viewings, negotiations and lettings progression.
Assist with generating new instructions and identifying business opportunities.
Deliver consistently high standards of customer service.
Lead by example and contribute towards the overall success of the branch.
Maintain excellent levels of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail.
Support a positive, professional and commercially focused team environment.
About You
We are looking for an experienced residential lettings professional with a strong track record and the ambition to progress.
You should ideally have:
A minimum of 4 years' consistent experience within residential lettings.
Experience as a Senior Lettings Consultant, Senior Lettings Negotiator, Assistant Lettings Manager or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, professional and commercially minded approach.
Proven ability to lead, motivate and support a team.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A full UK driving licence.
Salary & Benefits
£21,000 - £24,000 basic salary, depending on experience, with a realistic OTE of £40,000 - £42,000 per annum.

Working Hours
Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
Working 5 days per week, with an allocated weekday off.
No Sunday working.
