Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting experienced Reach Forklift Truck Drivers, Reach FLT Drivers, Warehouse Operatives, Forklift Drivers, and Warehouse Forklift Operatives for a leading warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution operation based in Beliver, Plymouth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Reach Forklift Truck Driver, Reach FLT Driver, Warehouse Operative, or Forklift Driver looking for long-term work, competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and the chance to secure a permanent position after just 12 weeks.

What We Offer

£16.52-£17.47 per hour.

Monday to Friday working pattern.
3pm-11pm shift.

Key Duties

Operate a Reach Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently.
Move stock throughout warehouse, production, and dispatch areas.
Support a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, and distribution operation.
Load, unload, and transport materials safely.
Work as part of the warehouse team to achieve daily targets.
Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.

Requirements

Valid Reach Forklift Truck licence (essential).
Recent experience as a Reach FLT Driver, Reach Forklift Truck Driver, or Warehouse Operative within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Reliable with excellent attention to detail.
Committed to working safely and maintaining productivity.
