How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability and safety of advanced systems for aerospace and defence applications.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly regulated environment, supporting products throughout their full lifecycle — from design and development through manufacturing, maintenance, and field support.

You will help ensure products and processes meet the demanding requirements of our customers and regulatory authorities

    Key Responsibilities

    * Develop and maintain quality systems and procedures in compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, EASA Part 145, military standards and applicable aerospace/defence requirements.

    * Conduct audits, inspections and surveillance activities to ensure compliance with approved maintenance data, MOE procedures, regulatory requirements and quality standards.

    * Investigate non-conformities, quality escapes and maintenance errors, applying root-cause analysis and leading effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

    * Drive product, supplier and lifecycle quality, supporting new product introduction, supplier quality, failure analysis, field returns, customer complaints and continuous improvement.

    * Champion quality across the site, providing quality metrics and reports to management while promoting compliance, best practice and a strong culture of continuous improvement.

    About You

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer with a strong background in a highly regulated environment, ideally within aerospace, defence or electronics.

    Essential Experience & Qualifications

    * Bachelor's degree in Quality, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related technical discipline. A Master's degree would be advantageous.

    * 5+ years' experience in a Quality Engineering role within aerospace, defence or a similarly regulated industry.

    * Experience working with electronic systems or complex technical products.

    * Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality management systems.

    * Proven experience with root-cause analysis and corrective action methodologies, including 5 Whys, Fishbone and 8D.

    * Familiarity with Military Standards and relevant government and industry regulations.

    * Experience with EASA Part 145 requirements and MRO quality processes.

    * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use quality data to identify trends and drive improvement.

    * Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
