Master Vehicle Technician

We are representing a leading automotive dealer group seeking a Master Vehicle Technician to join their reputable franchise dealership in Cheltenham. This is an exceptional Master Vehicle Technician opportunity for experienced technicians to advance their careers within a professional and supportive environment.

* Working hours of Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:30pm, with Saturdays 8:00am-1:00pm on a rota basis.
Duties:
* Carrying out complex diagnostic, warranty, and repair work on vehicles
* Performing Electric Vehicle (EV) work and hydraulic repairs in line with manufacturer standards (if qualified)
* Using diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve challenging faults
* Assisting and mentoring Apprentice Vehicle Technicians and less experienced colleagues
* Supporting the team to maintain high work quality in a busy dealership environment
* Ensuring all work complies with industry safety standards and manufacturer procedures
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 or IMI equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
* Proven experience as a Diagnostic or Master Vehicle Technician, with exposure to complex diagnostics and electrical systems
* Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
* Full UK driving license with minimal points
* Motivated team player with a mentor mindset, willing to share expertise and support colleagues
