PPD / Production Print - North West London

ROLE : PPD Print Production / Industrial Print 
LOCATION : Harrow / North / West London
 
We're looking for a either a PPD Field Service Engineer or a Photocopier FSE open to upskilling to PPD to provide high‑quality technical support across a range of Production Print products. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, minimising downtime, and ensuring customers receive a smooth, professional experience .
 
The Role

Delivering technical service, maintenance, and repair across Production Print equipment
Carrying out installations and de‑installations, ensuring all project milestones are met efficiently
Keeping customers updated on progress and ensuring a positive service experience
Escalating technical issues promptly
Identifying opportunities for additional services or revenue while on customer sites
Building strong customer relationships
Managing and maintaining vehicle stock  
The Candidate

Strong technical knowledge of Production Print and/or Industrial Print devices or a Photocopier FSE open to learning new skills 
Excellent fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
Confident using diagnostic tools and reading complex technical instructions
IT literacy and basic networking capabilities
Strong communication skills
