What will you be doing?

This is a 360 recruitment role with plenty of variety. No two days are the same.

You'll:

Build and develop your own portfolio of local businesses and clients
Identify and win new recruitment business through proactive sales activity
Make outbound calls and arrange face-to-face meetings with prospective clients
Build a strong network and database of high-quality candidates
Meet and interview candidates, understanding their career goals and aspirations
Manage candidates throughout their job search and placement journey
Develop long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
Attend networking events and represent Netbox Recruitment within the local business community
Follow structured sales and business development plans
Work towards and exceed revenue-based targetsWho are we looking for?

You don't necessarily need recruitment experience.

We're interested in people who have a sales, business development, account management or target-driven background and want to build a successful career in recruitment.
