Caritas Futures is recruiting for a Refuge Worker to join a dedicated domestic abuse service supporting women and children within refuge accommodation in Wandsworth.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about empowering survivors and helping individuals rebuild their lives in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide practical and emotional support to survivors of domestic abuse
Complete risk and needs assessments
Develop and review support and safety plans
Support clients with housing, benefits, health, and other key services
Work in partnership with social services, police, and other agencies
Maintain accurate case records and promote positive outcomesRequirements:

Experience supporting vulnerable adults, families, or individuals with complex needs
Understanding of safeguarding and risk assessment
Strong communication and advocacy skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain oneWhat's on Offer:
