We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established dealership in Chingford. Duties of a Service Advisor:
* Greeting customers and providing expert advice on vehicle servicing and repairs
* Liaising effectively with the workshop team to ensure smooth service delivery
* Preparing quotations and discussing repairs, estimates, and work required with customers
* Managing customer appointments, follow-ups, and feedback to ensure satisfaction
* Maintaining accurate records of service history and customer interactions
* Ensuring high levels of customer communication and professionalism at all times
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor trade
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A professional, customer-focused approach to work
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple customer needs
