The Role
As Assistant Optical Manager, you’ll play an important part in supporting the practice and helping the team deliver an excellent customer experience.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Supporting and managing a small team
* Motivating colleagues and helping them achieve their KPIs
* Supporting sales and commercial performance
* Training and developing team members
* Leading by example and maintaining high customer service standards
* Dispensing spectacles and supporting customers with their optical needs
* Carrying out pre-screening and minor adjustments
* Supporting administrative and general practice duties
* Helping to create a positive, supportive and successful team environment
