How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Job Title: Client Delivery Analyst

    Location: London, EC4R 1AP

Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum + up to 10% annual performance bonus

The Procurement Group helps UK businesses reduce overheads and improve profitability. We are a lean, specialist consultancy building a more scalable, system-driven business-and we are looking for a Client Delivery Analyst to help run the operational engine behind our client delivery.

This is a hands-on operational role. Analytical thinking, strong Excel skills and accuracy are essential, but the role is about personally delivering client work rather than producing reports or analysis for others to action.

You will work directly with clients and suppliers, produce commercially important documentation, keep invoicing and commission current, and take responsibility for ensuring work is completed properly.

You will report to Jason in Operations. Simon Unger, Founder & CEO, is the ultimate stakeholder. Escalation is through Jason and then Simon.

    What you'll do:

Run our Straight Through Process (STP) from onboarding through contract recording, invoicing and client progress stages. This is an Excel-heavy role, and accuracy in numerical work is essential.
Be a first point of contact for clients and suppliers through Zoho Desk, email and telephone.
Investigate issues, develop sensible options and progress actions to resolution.
Prepare savings schedules, quotation documents and invoice templates in Excel to a finance-grade standard.
Issue Letters of Authority, submit meter reads, action Zoho Desk comments and complete client-service tasks.
Process invoicing and commission in real time.
Support proposals and other revenue-generating work with accurate data, documentation and checks.
Maintain and improve workflows, checklists and operational procedures.
Help improve our delivery platform and systems, including the Zoho environment and automation opportunities. What we need from you:

You will have experience of personally delivering operational and client-service work, ideally in a small or micro-business environment. You will be highly organised and genuinely numerate, with advanced practical Excel skills and excellent attention to detail. You must be comfortable producing and checking commercially important numerical work.

You should be someone who sees work through, keeps control of details and takes practical action without needing every step prescribed.

Experience with Zoho, AI tools, UK energy, utilities, procurement or contract-based services would be useful, but we are more interested in strong judgement, follow-through, numeracy and the ability to learn quickly. You are resilient and comfortable in a direct, fast-paced environment where standards are high and issues are addressed openly.

    How to apply

Apply through this advert and follow the instructions in the email you receive. Your application must include your CV and a short email with the subject line:

    Client Delivery Analyst

Please answer these four questions in the email:

Describe your most recent role in a small team or micro-business where you personally owned a client-service workflow end to end. What did you do, and what would have stopped happening without you?
Describe a time you had several urgent tasks, competing deadlines or an unusually high workload. How did you decide what to do first, keep control of the detail and communicate progress or risks?
Tell us about an Excel or numerical task where accuracy was critical. How did you build it, and how did you check that it was correct
Describe a client or supplier issue you took ownership of. How did you investigate it, decide what to do and make sure it was resolved?Important: We will only consider applications that follow this process.

Please click on the APPLY button to send your CV and covering email answering our questions for this role.

Candidates with backgrounds such as Client Services Executive, Client Delivery Executive, Client Services Coordinator, Account Executive, Operations Executive, Business Support Coordinator or Office Manager may be suitable if they have worked in a small business and personally owned the work
