Location: Crick
Pay: £13.75 per hour, overtime at 1.25 after 40 hours and 1.5 for weekends
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 06.00-14.00 and 14.00 to 22.00 rotating shifts

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Pick, Pack & Despatch Operatives to join our team in Crick.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and despatched accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role in a busy warehouse environment and will involve heavy lifting, so a good level of physical fitness is required.
Your Duties
Picking customer orders accurately
Packing goods ready for despatch
Loading and moving stock
Checking orders for accuracy
Preparing shipments for customers
Following health & safety procedures
Working as part of a busy warehouse team
We’re Looking For
Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience is desirable
A good eye for detail and accuracy
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
Able to work Monday to Friday on rotating day and late shifts
A positive attitude and good work ethic
