Here at Heath Street, which is rated ‘’Good’’ by CQC, we offer a wide variety of community access, such as, visits to cafes and lunches out, day trips, bingo, coffee mornings, pamper sessions, musical sessions. We support up to 6 individuals, both males and females, with everyday support including personal care, meal time support, medicine administration, managing finances and help with budgeting, we also support with PEG care and modified diets.
