Vehicle Technician – Northampton

We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Technician to join a busy main dealership in Northampton. Applicants must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, possess a recognised diagnostic qualification, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Job Details

Location: Northampton
Salary: £35,000–£39,000 Basic + Bonus
OTE: Up to £45,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (40 hours) – No Weekends or Bank Holidays

Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles
Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve vehicle faults
Complete vehicle inspections and health checks
Carry out repairs efficiently to a high standard
Accurately complete job cards and workshop documentation
Maintain high workshop and Health & Safety standardsVehicle Technician Requirements
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Technician
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Recognised diagnostic qualification
Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills
Full UK Driving Licence
