We are recruiting for a fantastic nursery in Chelmsford with exciting opportunities for experienced Early Years professionals across a range of levels:

Senior Deputy Nursery Manager

Deputy Nursery Manager

Room Quality Lead

Lead Educator (Level 3)

These roles offer the opportunity to play a key part in delivering high-quality care and education, supporting teams, embedding the EYFS and helping create a safe, engaging environment where children can thrive.

What we're looking for:

Minimum Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification

Valid right to work in the UK

Experience within an Early Years/nursery setting

Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding

Passion for children's learning and development

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Paediatric First Aid preferred

Previous leadership experience desirable for the management positions
