Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer to join a growing technology team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career developer looking to build their skills in a modern Microsoft technology environment while working on business-critical applications, data platforms, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
Working within a collaborative development team, you will help design, build, and maintain web-based products that deliver data and insights to stakeholders across the business. This role offers exposure to modern technologies including C#, Blazor, SQL Server, Azure, and data-focused solutions, making it an ideal position for someone looking to develop a long-term career in software engineering.

Role & Responsibilities

Build and maintain web-based applications, dashboards, and reporting tools
Develop and enhance internal and client-facing data products
Write and optimise SQL queries and support data management activities
Assist with the development and maintenance of bespoke software solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions
Support data integrity, application performance, and ongoing improvements
Work closely with colleagues across international teams to deliver consistent technology solutions Skills & Experience

Experience with a strongly typed programming language such as C#, Java, or TypeScript
SQL experience, including writing complex queries and working with relational databases
Understanding of HTML and CSS
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to development
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsDesirable

Experience with Blazor or .NET technologies
Exposure to Microsoft Azure services
Microsoft Fabric experience
Python for data processing and visualisation
Understanding of UI/UX and modern web design principles
STEM-related degree or equivalent technical backgroundPackage
