Multi-Trade Operative – Yeovil
Location: Yeovil, Somerset
Pay: £22.00 – £23.00 per hour
Contract: 6-month fixed term

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join a Building Repairs & Maintenance team based in Yeovil.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to move into a permanent position at the end of the contract.
The RoleYou will be responsible for carrying out a range of repairs and maintenance works across properties in Yeovil and the surrounding area.
We are looking for someone with a qualified trade background in either Carpentry or Plumbing, who is also comfortable carrying out general multi-trade repairs.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general building repairs and maintenance.
Complete repairs within properties and customers' homes.
Undertake works within your core trade of Carpentry or Plumbing.
Carry out general multi-trade duties as required.
Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard.
Work safely and professionally at all times.
Provide excellent customer service.About You
Recognised qualification in Carpentry or Plumbing.
Previous experience in building repairs and maintenance.
Strong multi-trade skills.
Able to successfully complete a DBS check.
Full UK driving licence.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to work independently and manage a varied workload.What's on Offer?
